SLEEVES (make 2 same)

stitches.
Knit 3 rows.
Change to 4.5mm needles, starting with a knit row, work in
stocking stitch until sleeve measures 2.5 (3.5, 4.5, 5, 6) cm.
Cast off 3 stitches and beginning of next 10 (10, 12, 12, 14,
14) rows.
Cast off remaining 6 (10, 8, 12, 10, 14) stitches.
FINISHING
Sew on front peplum edgings to bottom of fronts easing in if
necessary. Join shoulder seams using 3 needle bind off.
Neck Band:
With 3.75mm needles and starting at right front just above
the garter stitch edge on peplum band, pick up and knit 28
(30, 32, 34, 36, 38) stitches up right slope, knit 12 (14, 14,
14, 15, 14) stitches on back neck, pick up and knit 28 (30,
32, 34, 36, 38) stitches down left slope. (68, 74, 78, 82, 87,
90) stitches.
Knit 2 rows.
Next row (wrong side): Knit to last 4 stitches, yo, knit 2
together, knit 2.
Next row: Knit.
Cast off.
