Victoria Rose Baby Blanket

Baby blanket was worked in Lion Brands Baby Soft, #3, DK yarn. 3 skeins were used.
I cast on198 stitches #6 needle, # 3 DK yarn. #6 needle (4mm) Feather and Fan Ripple
20 stitch pattern
Start with required number of stitches for the size and weight yarn you will be
using.
Top and bottom border was 8 rows of seed stitch. Begin on right side Row 1 of charts.
Edge border was 6 stitches of seed stitch each side.
Pattern assembly as follows:
Rightside beginning panel: 6 seed stitch edge, *cable 1, Cable 2, Cable 1, P2, feather
fan, repeat panels across ending with the last cable panel, P2, seed stitch edge.
End panel: cable 1, Cable 2, Cable 1, P2, 6 seed stitch edge
