WAIVER, TRANSFER OF RIGHTS, AND QUIT CLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the “WAIVOR” or transferor of the rights waived;

WHEREAS, the WAIVOR is a grantee/beneficiary of the Community Based Forest

NOW THEREFORE, the WAIVOR hereby voluntarily GIVES, TRANSFERS, and

of above-described parcel of land surveyed for ___________________ bounded under Corner ___,
Corner ___, Corner ___, and Corner ___, with an area of __________________ in accordance with the
applicable laws existing at the time of this execution.
