Rationale:
Barangay purchase disaster equipment such as raincoats, flashlights, and medicines are to enhance the
Barangay's disaster preparedness and response capabilities. By equipping the community with essential
tools for emergencies, they aim to mitigate the impact of disasters and ensure the safety and well-being of
residents during calamities.

Objectives:

1. To improve the Barangay's readiness to respond effectively to disasters by providing necessary

equipment.

2. To protect residents from harm and provide them with essential supplies in times of need.

3. To strengthen the Barangay's ability to bounce back from disasters and recover swiftly.
Methodology:

Distribute the purchased equipment to Responders or designated community centers for easy access
during emergencies.
