2. ICOW the above, herewith is the PDEA/PNP Certified BADAC WAtchlist for

3. This Office conducted record check for personalities in the said Barangay for
inclusion and consolidation to the BADAC Watch List submitted. Consequently, this BADAC
Watch List is encoded to the National Drug Information System (NDIS). Further, the said
watch list will be the basis in the conduct of Barangay Drug Clearing Operation of the above-
mentioned Barangay.
