Given SALGA’s mandate and its pivotal role in supporting local government, we kindly request your assistance in furnishing a comprehensive list or dataset of al tigation involving municipalities over the past five years. The required data should cover: 4. Case Details: including the nature of the litigation, parties involved, case numbers, and current status. Financial Impact: Total legal costs incurred, including settlements and judgments. 3. Types of Claims: Breakdown of common types of claims (e.g. public liability, contractual disputes, employment-related claims). Access to Justice for All4.
