This is to remind you regarding your Training for GMAW Training on July 24 – 28, 2023
Training will be held in 3117 GENERAL AQUINO STREET, BRGY. LOURDES NORTHWEST, ANGELES
CITY. Please be present before 8:45AM as training starts at 9AM and kindly look for MR.
Raul Paa (Welding Instructor).

Please bring the following:

 Latest 2x2 ID Picture with White Background or you may send the digital copy to
rommel@subnet-group.com
 Personal Water Tumbler or Glass for Drinking

Covid-19 Safety Guidelines:

Subnet Services strictly follow government safety protocol during this pandemic. If you’re
not feeling well before or during the training, slightly showing symptoms, kindly inform us
to reschedule your training after 2 weeks.

 Temperature will be recorded and logged for tracking purposes.

 Please wear your mask at all times.

We advise to bring your own alcohol to prevent transfer of the virus. Alcohol and hand
sanitizers are available. Frequent hand washing is also advised.

At least 1 meter proper distancing is implemented especially inside the training room.

We will highly appreciate that these protocols will be followed inside Subnet premises for
your safety and of the others.
