actual consumption shall be metered and the Electrical (M) dept. of
Railway shall provide the facility.

as per sketch/drawing and design specification by NID uploaded/attached
with Tender Document, of the outlet stall to be done by vendor/contractor at
specified location.
5 Installation and Commissioning of PRADHAN MANTRI BHARTIYA No No Not Allowed
JANAUSHADI KENDRA: The Contractor shall execute the work in all
respects as per drawing and specifications to the satisfaction of the Sr.
DCM or its authorized representative. After handing over of the PRADHAN
MANTRI BHARTIYA JANAUSHADI KENDRA a completion report shall be
sent by Sr DCM or his authorized representative to supplier & consignee.
On the basis of this report CRN for the same will be prepared by the
Consignee
6 The PRADHAN MANTRI BHARTIYA JANAUSHADI KENDRA to be No No Not Allowed
supplied, installed and commissioned at Katni Station of JBP division but in
case of administrative reasons, the location may be changed in special
cases and supplier has to install at new location with same rate, no extra
payment will be done.
7 Before submitting a tender, the tenderer will be deemed to have satisfied No No Not Allowed
himself by actual inspection of the site and locality of the works, that all
conditions liable to be encountered during the execution of the supply and
installation of the PRADHAN MANTRI BHARTIYA JANAUSHADI
KENDRA is taken into account. The rates quoted in the tender form is
adequate and all-inclusive. The tenderer must quote the exact rate/amount
of GST. Moreover, the quoted price should be inclusive of supply,
transportation and installation of the PRADHAN MANTRI BHARTIYA
JANAUSHADI KENDRA at the specified locations, cost should incorporate
all items including hardware items, electrical fittings, banners, stickers as
specified in drawing
8 (I) Stage Inspection will be done by the consignee. The firm will ensure the No No Not Allowed
quality of material used in manufacturing at various stages of
manufacturing as well as at the final stage which may be checked by the
consignee. The firm will allow such inspection by the consignee at different
stages at their works/Railway Station as the case may be. (II) The firm
should offer the raw material for inspection within 15 days from the date of
purchase order failing which the contract may be liable to be terminate.

9 All the materials to be used in the manufacturing of the stall must be of No No Not Allowed
standard quality and strictly as per the specifications mentioned in the
tender. The inspecting officer reserves the right to see the documentary
evidence of procuring the raw material from genuine sources like OEM/or
their Authorized dealers at the time of inspection

7. RESPONSIVENESS

Code of Integrity, Misdemeanor and Penalties :- Bidders are reminded to carefully go through the IRS conditions
of contract (included and uploaded with the bid document) particularly Para 2500 pertaining to "Code of Integrity,
Misdemeanor and Penalties" Bidders shall certify that none of their sister concern or affiliates(such as having
common partner/director/promoter/owner/holding company decision control etc.) have participated in this tender&
which can give rise to a conflict of interest or fall under anti-competitive practices. The offers of such sister
concern or affiliates if quoted are liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and conditions.

Bidders shall abide by the Code of Integrity in general, with specific reference to conflict of interest
[Para25029(e)], anti competitive practices [Para 2502(c)] and obligations to proactive disclosures[Para 2503].
Bidders shall fully responsible for the declaration/certification regarding Code of Integrity, Misdemeanor and
Penalties give in commercial compliance and it shall not be the Railways responsibility to verify the same.
Bidders shall be liable for all consequences of violation of Code of Integrity (including termination of contract) as
provisions in Para 2505 & 2506 of IRS conditions of contract, if detected, at any stage.

The tenderers in their bid shall indicate the details of their GST Jurisdictional Assessing Officers (Designation, Address &
email id). In case of a contract award, a copy of Purchase Order shall be immediately forwarded by Purchaser to the
GST Jurisdictional assessing officer mentioned in Tenderer's bid

This tender complies with Public Procurement Policy (Make in India) Order 2017, dated 15/06/2017, issued by
Department of Industrial Promotion and Policy, Ministry of Commerce, circulated vide Railway Board letter no.
2015/RS(G)/779/5 dated 03/08/2017 and 27/12/2017 and amendments/ revisions thereof.

As a Tender Inviting Authority, the undersigned has ensured that the issue of this tender does not violate provisions of
GFR regarding procurement through GeM.
