sipping your coffee, steps in your walk.

can embrace a pause, savoring a moment of
stillness.

WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM TODAY?


4 Each day, you can start by asking...What do
I want from today? Whatever it is, make this
a top priority for your day.

BE CURIOUS.
5 Whatever you’re doing, there is an
opportunity to bring curiosity. How about
being open and curious as someone is talking
to you? Listen with curiosity.

EMBRACE NOT HAVING ALL THE ANSWERS.
