Revised Instructions for the Eligible / Provisionally Eligible candidates for GROUP-B Posts (Civil
Engineer, Tutor-Nursing College, Nursing Officer, Medical Record Officer, Assistant Accounts
Officer, Warden, Perfusionist Gr.-II, Dietician, Psychiatry Technician and Medical Social Worker).

Ref: Advt. no. 125/BMHRC/Bhopal dated 30.09.2023.

All candidates may go through the following instructions for compliance:

(1) For Eligible Candidate : Candidature of candidates shown in eligibility list is purely provisional and
is based on preliminary scrutiny of information provided by them. It creates no right in favour of any
candidate and Institute reserves the right to debar a candidate for further stages of recruitment if
information provided is found to be false/ incomplete.

(2) For Provisionally Eligible Candidate : Candidates who are provisionally eligible (due to deficiency in
application/documentation) have to submit required documents/certificates bearing title of the subject
as “Representation against Advt. No.125/BMHRC/Bhopal dated 30.09.2023 for the post of
___________________________________”. Such representation, citing cogent reasons along with
supporting documents, may be submitted only through email to the Email ID:
recruitmentbmhrcadv125@gmail.com within 07 days of publication of this Notice No.
BMHRC/recruit/2024/Group-B/03 dated 02/07/2024, latest by 08/07/2024 (Monday), failing which their
candidature shall be cancelled without any further notice. No vexatious representations shall be
considered and no query on result of consideration of such representation shall be entertained.

(3) No personal letters/e-mails or phone calls will be made to the candidates and the Institute will not
be responsible for such candidates failing to take appropriate action by visiting the website within the
stipulated time.

(4) Syllabus of Exam/date of written test etc. for eligible candidates shall be notified separately on
website of BMHRC for which candidates are advised to regularly check the Institute website
www.bmhrc.ac.in.

(5) Representations received after the prescribed date & time, would not be entertained.
