“A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE BARANGAY NUTRITION

ACTION PLAN OF BARANGAY UBONG SIOLANA, CAGAYAN.”

WHEREAS, the barangay Nutrition Action Plan of barangay Ubong aimed to further reduce the
prevalence of protein energy malnutrition (PEM) among PS, SC and also Micronutrient deficiency. Its
strategy is to strengthen nutrition development approach on direct intervention or importants
programs and its mechanism.

WHEREAS, The barangay Nutrition Action Plan goal is to improve the nutritional status of populace
of barangay Ubong.

WHEREAS, the BNC member managing the BFAN to improve the malnutrition (PEM) anemia.

NOWTHEREFORE, Trough the motion of BNS member, Duly seconded by the body present, be it;

RESOLVED , AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, That this resolution request for the approved of the
barangay Nutrition Action Plan of barangay Ubong Solana, Cagayan.be approve for the immediate
implementation and action.

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the copies of this resolution request be forwarded to the officers
concern for their information and action.
