Tugboat updated conditions, and recent activities.

o Photos of the condition of the TB and Barge at that time and

photos and photos of the TB and Barge after cleaning.

o SI and SPAL if there is an agreement according to the provisions.

o Phone Capt, Agent will be provided when the SI and SPAL are
issued for coordination with the Team.

o Updates regarding ship activities must be provided to support our

information in the loading and unloading process.

o Before the SI, the ship's PIC and the ship's captain will coordinate
with the Sinar Laut Maritime PIC to ensure the position and
condition of the ship and all the necessary things.
