3409024 - How to reopen Set Up Organizational Structure activity after being

Symptom
"Set Up Organizational Structure" activity was already completed in CBC, however you need to make changes in the
Organizational Structure. This task/activity now has to be reopened, but they "Open" button is grayed out.

Environment
SAP Central Business Configuration

Cause
After all mandatory organizational units were created and confirmed, the Complete Activity button was used to complete the Set Up Organizational
Structure activity. A consistency check was already triggered to check if all mandatory organizational units and relations are created. The project activity
"Set Up Organizational Structure" was already set to Completed in the Activities view.

Resolution
Please find how to revert the activity back into "Open" status according to the following SAP Help document:
Setting Up Organizational Structure
"If you want to change the organizational structure, choose Initiate Change and then choose Organizational Structure.
Project activity Set Up Organizational Structure moves to OPEN again, you can then change your organizational
structure. If you are in Scope and Organizational Structure phase, you can also directly choose the activity Set Up
Organizational Structure in Completed column and change its status. "
