CRYOGENIC VAPORIZER:
Ambient air vaporizers are relative uncomplicated heat exchangers which vaporize
liquefied gas by using heat absorbed from the ambient air. Due to this simple principle of
operation these vaporizers do not require external power. Liquid gas passes through a
number of interconnected tubes in various series and parallel paths. Ambient air
vaporizers are in operations in operation in a wide range of application throughout the
industries. Our team successfully design many vaporizers as per the customer design data.
Air vaporizer is a type of heat exchanger used to convert the latent heat of gas to complete
dry saturated gas it is mainly used in cryogenic fields

VACUUM JACKET PIPING (VJP):
Vacuum jacketed piping, also called VJ piping or vacuum-insulated piping, is used to transfer supercooled gasses in liquid form. Cryogens
like liquid helium, liquid oxygen, and liquid nitrogen must be kept cold during the transfer process, or some of the liquid will become
gaseous and leak out. Vacuum jacketed pipes are extremely efficient at maintaining the cold temperatures necessary to minimize this heat
leak. A well-designed vacuum jacketed piping system includes accessories to control the flow of liquids, make efficient connections,
maintain the vacuum space, and vent vapor safely

Features :
• Bellow has been used to over come the
contraction and vibration problem
• Super insulation has been provided as
the fluid is liquid hydrogen.
• Spacers has been provided either side
of the bellow for easy insertion.

GREEN HYDROGEN GENERATION PLANT:
Hydrogen is a fuel to achieve world to set free from the greenhouse gases. By certain methods hydrogen can be generated, but many
instances the production of hydrogen is carbon emission process. By using electrolysis method, we can achieve green hydrogen. In this
method we can design plant to site areas to stationary and mobile plants also. The production of hydrogen is starts with supply of distilled
water from the tank to Electrolyser, for breaking the molecules we just supply electricity to the Electrolyser. Now H2 breaking from the
molecule and this H2 is stored to tanks.

We design the Electrolyser according to the customer requirements as per the required output power and our people worked to design
PEM fuel cell. We strongly believe that world is going to change completely to zero emission.

HYDROGEN DISPENSER
A liquid hydrogen dispenser works like a high-tech gas pump for vehicles that run on liquid hydrogen fuel. When a vehicle needs
refueling, a special pump transfers the liquid hydrogen from the tank to the dispenser. The dispenser has a hose and nozzle, much like
a regular gas pump, that connects to the vehicle's tank. Safety is super important, so the dispenser has lots of features to prevent
accidents, like pressure valves and emergency shutoffs. The dispenser carefully controls the pressure to keep the liquid hydrogen
stable as it flows into the vehicle. Once the tank is full, the dispenser stops automatically. It's all about making sure the process is safe
and efficient for powering hydrogen-powered vehicles.

HYDROGEN ARTICLE
We have written 03 articles to Hyfindr a Hydrogen knowledge sharing company connecting many hydrogen enthusiasts. Our articles
are successfully published. The articles published are :
1. Cryogenic Hydrogen : https://hyfindr.com/cryogenic-hydrogen-storage-cryogenic-cooling/
Cryogenic hydrogen storage is a system to store the hydrogen in liquid form while achieving the temperature of about -253°C at 1
atm pressure. The reason behind storing the hydrogen at cryogenic temperature is its density which allows us to store more
energy in small volume. But it is always a challenge to store the hydrogen at cryogenic temperature because of material
embrittlement at such low temperature as well as hydrogen embrittlement. Some special austenitic stainless steels have shown
good resistance against the hydrogen embrittlement at such temperatures, which has shortened the problem of embrittlement.
Another challenge for cryogenic hydrogen storage is the insulation required at this temperature. Generally super insulation will be
used for the insulation purpose which provides less boil-off. The super insulation is nothing but a multi-layer insulation (aluminum
foil + fiber glass paper) in presence of below 1 micron vacuum which arrests the all three modes of heat transfer (Conduction,
Convection and Radiation) from ambient temperature to -253°C.
2. Fuel Cell Humidifier : https://hyfindr.com/fuel-cell-humidifier/
In the operation of a PEMFC, water management is very important since proton conductivity of the polymer electrolyte
membrane, which plays a critical role in determining the cell performance, is proportional to the hydration level of the
membrane. A variation of relative humidity from 85 to 35% causes a full order of magnitude reduction of the protonic
conductivity of Nafion from 0.09 to 0.009 Scm. So, a Fuel Cell needs to be hydrated. Access water causes diffusion of the reactant
gases towards catalytic layers. This reduces the cell performance along with concentration polarization and mass transportation
losses. To obtain high performance and good proton conductivity it is essential to maintain optimal water content in the
membrane. This is achieved by feeding humidified reactant gases through a humidifier.
3. Hydrogen Refuelling Station : https://hyfindr.com/hydrogen-refueling/
Hydrogen refueling station is not much different from conventional station, but the difference is hydrogen is supplied at high
pressure & it is extremely volatile gas, the connection between vehicles receptacle & pump must be watertight. Hydrogen is
dispensed into vehicle tanks, for powering the fuel cell to generate electricity to mobilize the vehicle. The hydrogen storage tank is
above the ground while the gasoline station is below the ground.
HYDROGEN DRONE
