PURPOSE OF THIS BEST PRACTICE IS TO STANDARDIZE THE PREPARATION OF ISOLATION PLANS AND TO VERIFY THAT ALL MINIMUM ISOLATION
REQUIREMENTS ARE UNDERSTOOD AND IMPLEMENTED
SCOPE: ISOLATION PLANS SHALL BE DEVELOPED FOR MAJOR EQUIPMENT OR VESSELS WITH MULTIPLE CONNECTIONS AND SEVERAL LOW POINTS WHERE
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS MIGHT REMAIN TRAPPED, AS WELL AS FOR EQUIPMENT OPERATED AT HIGHER THAN 240V.
THIS ISOLATION PLAN SHALL BE PREPARED AND PRESENTED TOGETHER WITH LP BLIND LIST BEST PRACTICE.
NOTE: EACH BOX SHALL BE MARKED WITH AN  WHERE APPLICABLE, AND WITH AN X WHERE NOT APPLICABLE.
