TEMPERING WITH MACHINERIES

We will not allow any employees who is not trained on the use of a parCcular machinery to
operate with such machinery, all our operators and users of machineries will be trained to
operate their machineries. We will not allow any defecCve machineries on our site, and we
will ensure that our employees report defects on Cme.

33. MONITORING OF SAFETY PERFORMANCE

We will monitor and review our OHS compliance conCnuously and we will strive to achieve
at least 85% during the external audits. We will review audit reports and ensure that
recommended control measures are implemented. All our employees will be made aware of
hazards, risks and related control measures and we will update our records conCnuously.

35. REVIEW AND MONITORING

All legal documents will be reviewed periodically or where changes are idenCfied, incidents
or accidents have occurred. Reviewed documents will be done, and results will be recorded.
MoCvated ConstrucCon Team 14 will ensure that we maintain the required casualty incident
frequency rate (CIFR) of not more than and we will report this to the client monthly.
