Brainstorm with the class: "How a product typically reaches a customer?" List student ideas on the

Divide students into pairs. Ask them to choose a product or service and brainstorm:

How could this product be distributed using different channels?

Briefly recap the importance of placement in the marketing mix and its role in reaching target audiences.
Differentiation:

Provide students with a word bank listing various distribution tool for reference during brainstorming.

Advanced students will be provided with the name of 3 companies to Identify the types of distribution
channels they are using.
