11 The treason, terrorism and other criminality by certain politicians and their officials both when
12 Scott Morrison was PM and now Anthony Albanese may be understood by the article I
13 reproduce below. Australia is subject to the true meaning and application of the Commonwealth
14 of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK) and as such politicians and their officials are limited to
15 their powers and well for this they engage with the U.N., WHO and W.E.F. as to get around
16 constitutional restrictions, etc.

18 Much has been claimed that the commonwealth of Australia is coming to the aid of Ukraine
19 (actually NAZI Ukraine) as to defend democracy. Reality is that those politicians are actually
20 undermining Australian democracy. They are the people who want to succeed in the goals they
21 have set for themselves even if this means to destroy the commonwealth of Australia. Many
22 Australians gave their lives for fighting NAZIsm during WWII and yet now we find that their
23 countries elite are acting precisely in opposite to this. They are so to say walking over the graves
24 of those fallen soldiers. They are betraying the very principles those fallen soldiers died for.

43 No one can deny that I as a constitutionalist so to say raised the red flags when I wrote a
44 complaint to the Victorian Ombudsman on 8 April 2020, the Victorian Human Rights
45 Commissioner on 13 April 2020, IBAC responded also on 19 April 2020- it was not of “public
46 interest’, and I wrote to politicians such as Scott Morrison PM, Daniel Andrews Premier of
47 Victoria and numerous others, including the Australian Federal Police, the Victorian Police,
48 TGA, etc.
49 I never had any doubt this was an elaborate “COVID SCAM” and basically was collecting from
50 my research information/details so that one day this could be used in litigation to hold the evil
51 doers legally accountable.

1 I know too well that making an allegation on its own is no evidence in litigation, as after all I
2 spend decades at the Bar table (in court rooms) and well aware one needs to have supportive
3 evidence. However, long before the “COVID SCAM” became an issue in 2020 I already had
4 been working decades earlier to hold politicians and their officials legally accountable, as I never
5 had any doubt that when politicians are in power they will pursue to disregard constitutional
6 constrains. My NOTICE OF CONSTITUTIONAL MATTER in AEC v Schorel-Hlavka laid
7 already some of the basis for a legal accountability issue.
8 For the Commonwealth and the 9 Attorney-Generals it was an issue about FAILING TO VOTE
9 but for me it was to set the basis of a future legal challenge also.

11 Every Attorney-General involved should in my view be immediately imprisoned as they as first
12 law officers should have been well aware that the “COVID SCAM” MANDATES were
13 violating Australians and others their constitutional rights!
14 It is also why the Framers of the constitution speciaifcally made clear that ordinary Australians
15 should have a right to petition the High Court of Australia regarding alleged violation of the true
16 meaning and application of the legal principles embedded in the Commonwealth of Australia
17 Constitution Act 1900 (UK). Alas, the very High court of Australia then became the tool of the
18 traitorous politicians and far too often went along with this treason. In my view Palmer v WA

22 Let us consider an example where a clothing store was fined considerably as toi dare to open his
23 store during the (unconstitutional) MANDATES in Victoria. The harm inflicted upon this store
24 owner was considerably and the Victorian Police simply couldn’t give a darn about what the rule
25 of law stands for, as if it had it should have protected this store owner from arbitrary
26 MANDATES which lacked any scientific basis, as well as were constitutionally without any
27 legal basis.
28 Likewise, we had a hairdresser who was threatened her store would be closed if she didn’t have
29 any (FAKE) COVID VACCINATION! There were no court orders against the hairdresser
30 whatsoever! We had council health officials simply becoming terrorist and enforcing
31 unconstitutional MANDATES.
32 Many small businesses reportedly went bankrupt because they had to pay their leases and yet the
33 unconstitutional MANDATES denied them to open for business to earn monies to pay for their
34 leases, etc.
35 We had this nonsense about rental restrictions where property owners were legally bound to pay
36 off their mortgages but denied to collect certain rents. Again, no court orders for this whatsoever
37 to legally validate such MANDATES.

39 When did the Federal and/or State/Territorian Government advise any Australian that the USA
40 courts already had declared that anyone injected with a certain mRNA technically became the
41 property owner of Bill Gates who holds certain patents?

44 Australians that the purported “covid-19 vaccine” was in fact not a vaccine at all but a “gene
