2. Describe Myofascial Massage with Goals & Objectives/Principles of this technique
3. List & Describe Basic Massage Strokes: Lengthening, Spreading, Separating
4. Review history of Myofascial Massage – Ida Rolf, Tom Meyers
5. Describe Fascial Layers throughout the body: Superficial Fascia (binding, lining), Periosteum, Muscle
Layers – Epimysium (Deep Fascia & Intermuscular Septa), Perimysium, Endomysium
6. Describe the ubiquitous nature of fascial web/extracellular Matrix
