USE OF FORCE REPORT

On Wednesday, January 06, 2021 at approximately 1500 hours, during the siege or the US Capitol by the Pro Trump
Protest I was positioned on the Upper West Terrace North near the media tower. While attempting to keep the Protester
from taking the entire stage, two unknown protesters began pushing and shoving a mountain bike officer that was with
me. Upon ordering them to not shove him the unknown protester continued. At his time I retrieved by Sabre Red from its
holster located on the lift side of my web gear and deployed my Sabre Red and sprayed both unknown protesters
across their forehead and eyes.
