DISASSEMBLY OF THE PISTON

During the process of disassembly of the piston in the picture below parts are numbered

1 lower arms 9 crane hole

2 M8 bolt 10 Piston barrel

3 Cover 11 M24 bolts

4 M16 bolt 12 straight

5 Piston shaft nuts cover 13 M24 holding eye

6 Piston shaft nuts 14 M16 holding eye

7 Piston shaft 15 heads and arms

8 Elevator 16 1.1/4” Hydraulic hoses

1. Operation

When bucket is in open position,disassemble sub-branc connection shaft whic is on the right side
of arm. ( drawing 1 )

Set down heads and arms group with help of crane (such as number 15). Disassemble the parts in
order . (Drawing 2.)

Disassemble the hydraulic hose and bolts and remove the elevator up with crane. (drawing 3. –

For the disassemble piston shaft,loose the M24 bolts (such as showing of number 11). Assemble
the M24 bolts next to straight.Remove the straight up with crane and separate from piston.(drawing
5).Assamble the M16 holding eye on M16 and remove the piston shaft up with crane
