9. Do you like the ending of the story? Give your reasons why? No, I didnt like the ending of the story. First of all, it is because the son knew about the truth after his mother had died. Furthermore, the son had not been given a chance to seek forgiveness from his mother. Apart from that, the mother didnt got the chance to feel her sons tender, love and care before she passed away. 11. She gave on of her eyes to her son who lost his eyes in an accident when he was a kid. The son didnt know about this because hes mother kept it as a secret. As the son grew up, he learnt of hatred towards his mother because of her one-eyed. His one-eyed moms make him the laughingstock of his school. The son despised his oneeyed mom and their poverty. So, the son studied hard, and landed a good job, and

moved far away from his mother. One day, his one-eyed mom came to visit him but unfortunately he doesnt acknowledge her and chased her away from the house because his one eyed-mom scared his wife and his child. A week letter, the son received the news about his mothers death but he felt nothing at all. He went to the shack that he used to call home. He read the letter that his mom left on the table. When the son uncover about the real truth, he cried his eyes out and regret everything that he had done to his one-eyed mom.

This is because there is still someone who gives a decent care to the old fisherman even though he is ugly. More over, the fisherman thought many beautiful prospects about life. He lived with thank and gratitude towards God. The fisherman also showed humbleness in his everyday life. 11. He had been hunting for a room until he met

up with this one woman who offered him a place to spend the night. His face was ugly and he lived in poverty but the fisherman didnt tell it by a way of complaint. The next day, he asked the womans permission to stay again next time if he had a treatment. This is because grownups are bothered with his face but the children didnt seem to mind. Over the years, the fisherman keeps giving fishes, oysters and spinaches to the womans family. From the fisherman, the woman learnt to accept bad without complaint and good with gratitude to God. The woman thought of the fisherman who didnt mind starting in his small awkward body, before he will be given a real beautiful body.

How I wish I could just lie down, go to sleep, and wake up after it. I started to curse the prices, wondering if after all kids really play with such expensive toys. Santa Claus cannot bring it to her where she is now. My heart nearly stopped. I also want mummy to take this photo with her so that she will not forget me. 9. Do you like the ending of the story? Give your reasons why? No, the ending doesnt suit me well. The mother and sister of the little boy died before they could celebrate Christmas together. This is a heart-breaking story because those people died of other people recklessness. Apart from that, the love that the little boy showed towards his sister and mother did touched me.

11. Write a summary of the article/story It happened a day before Christmas, in a supermarket.. A 5 years old boy want to buy a doll for his late sister but considering the price of the doll, the boy doesnt

have enough money to buy it. The boy kept counting his money to make sure of it. The boys action caught the attention of a young woman. The woman walk towards the boy and asked about the matter. To the womans amazement, the boys mother is dying. So the boy decided to give the doll to his mother so she can passed it to his sister. The woman insisted the boy to count his money again. She quietly added an amount of money to the boys. With the addition, the boy managed to buy the doll and also white roses for his dying mother. Two days after the encounter, the boys mother died. Both of the little boys heartthrob die because of a drunken man reckless driving.

Even though Adam died, he managed to show his sister a world full of love and caring. Adam made his sister realize that the most important thing in life is to continue loving without asking why or how and without setting any limit. More over, if he were to live, it will be hard for him to live a life full of agony as such as that. 11. Write a summary of the article/story The birth of a child named Adam enlightens a family life, and also gives joy to his older sister. Unfortunately, Adam seemed to be suffering from a cry of the cat syndrome. The doctor told the family that it is a condition that afflicts one in 50,000 babies, rendering victims severely retarded. Because of this, Adams sister disowns him. She steeled herself from loving Adam. Day after day, Adam defied what all doctors said about him. He recovered. But on his 10th birthday, Adam suffered severe headache. Doctor diagnosed him as suffering from leukaemia. Adam wasnt meant to live after all. Adam showed his sister a world full of love and caring. Adam death was a heart-break to all. But still, Adam live in his familys memory.

9. Do you like the ending of the story? Give your reasons why? Yes, the ending did entertain me. Mother got the chance to perform her hajj. Mother tried to appear strong in front her family. She didnt want them to shed tears for her. The fact that God loves mother more than her family does can be seen throughout the story.

11. Write a summary of the article/story A mother of a young girl is diagnosed with breast cancer. The young girl has to be strong for the sake of everyone. After SPM, the girl stayed with her mother and accompanied her mother whenever she needs to go for chemotherapy. Her mother seems to recover but a new problem arouse after a few years. Despite her condition, mothers application to perform hajj was successful. Mother was hospitalized in Medina but she manages to get through. After a few weeks from returning from Medina, mothers cancer had metastasized to her liver. Sometimes Mother appeared weak and sometimes she chatted with her family as if she was healthy. Until one night, Mother took her last breathe with her family around her.

I would like to say that I like the ending. The old lady got the chance to walk down her memory lane in her golden years. This story appeals the moral values of respect, responsibility and love. The cab driver learns that great moments always catch us unaware. 11. Write a summary of the article/story This story is about a man who lived a cowboys life, a life for someone who wanted no job. He worked as a cab driver. His cab became a moving confessional. People from all walks of life climbed in the cab, sat behind in total anonymity and told the man about their lives. One night, the man picked up an elderly lady. Her destination is the hospice. The old woman requested the cab driver to drive along her memory lane. A place where there are fond memories of her when she was young. When there was a sign of sunrise, the elderly asked the cab driver to drive to her destination. The cab driver didnt ask for the fee. Furthermore, the cab driver gave the old woman a moment of joy, which she would keep forever in her mind. The cab driver realized that great moments always catch us unaware beautifully wrapped in what others may consider small ones.

9. Do you like the ending of the story? Give your reasons why? I didnt expect the ending to be like this. Therefore, I have to say that I dont like the ending. It is because the woman didnt get to be free even though she managed to escape the prison. This story resembles stupidity. But to think of it, to avoid this mess, she shouldnt escape in the first place.

11. Write a summary of the article/story A pretty woman who was serving a life sentence in prison had devised a runaway plan with one of the prisons caretakers. It was a good plan but a risky one. When a death bell ring, the woman would leave her cell and sneak into the dark room where the coffins were kept. She would slip into the coffin with the dead body while the caretaker was filling out the death certificate. When the caretaker returned, he would nail the lid shut and take the coffin outside the prison with the woman in the coffin along with the dead body. He would then bury the coffin. Later in the evening, the caretaker would return to the graveyard under the cover of darkness, dig up the coffin, open it, and set her free. That day arrived. The plan when perfectly as planned. To the womans horror, when the she lights a match in the coffin, she realizes that the dead body she was lying next to is the caretakers. Guess her plan to escape from prison backfires.
