Registration management center (RMC)

Registration management center (RMC) consists of 3 sub-systems: registration system of government procurement units, supplier registration system, and registration system for the general public.

Procurement operation system (POS)

Procurement operation system (POS): The operation system includes publishing drafted TOR, bid notification and detailed procurement documents, preparing the name list of the receivers or buyers of procurement document, tender submission, preparing the bidder name list, preparing the name list of qualified bidders, preparing the name list of the winning bidder and the name of seller who signs PO (purchase order), etc.

Information disclosure center (IDC)

Information disclosure center (IDC) discloses the government procurement information to the public such as Bid announcement, Announcement of bidders qualification, and announcement of selected bidder.

Management information system (MIS)

Management information system (MIS) is the multi-dimensional procurement report and statistics systems.

Help desk system

Help desk system is the system to support the procurement enquiry on both the procurement regulations and the operations in the e-GP system. It is also the system for gathering the problems from questioners and reply via e-mail.

- In Thailand we use reverse auction. It is an electronic auction where suppliers bid online against each other for contracts within 30 minutes. - Bidders will bid for the lowest price at service providers. There are 12 service
