Pasta for Pennies
Princeton High School 11080 Chester Rd Cincinnati, OH 45246
Business manager, Princeton High School has participated in the Pasta for Pennies program for thirteen years now. n that time, Princeton High School students and staff have raised over $380,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). That money was raised, however, with a huge amount of help from the Princeton community, and we are again turning to the Princeton community for help with this year's campaign. n this, our 2011-12 campaign, we have already raised over $15,000 and still have our largest campaign event our 5K Run/Walk 4A Cause. This year our 5K our seventh annual will be held on Saturday, March 3. The race will begin and end in Glendale Square. The runners will start at 10am with the walkers heading out a minute after the runners. From Glendale Square race participants will meander through the Village of Glendale down Troy, back into the Village, onto Congress, and back into the Village before returning to Glendale Square. Last year our race brought more than two-hundred race participants plus dozens of race workers into Glendale, many for the very first time. We would like to offer you a chance to be a part of our 5K as well as help us raise money to fight blood cancers with the LLS. You can help us by joining FrameUSA and other local businesses in sponsoring our race. For a donation of $100 or more (payable directly to the LLS), your name and logo will be displayed on the back of our race shirt. You can also provide a giveaway for our three-hundred runners' goody bags. The giveaway could be a small piece of merchandise or a coupon to reward the race participants for helping support the LLS as well as to draw new customers into your business. Our runners are all local, community-minded people who have reported to us that they like supporting businesses that support our campaign. You could also provide a finish-area giveaway for our race participants. We already have local businesses providing bottled water, bagels, bananas, massages, and cakes for our participants. f you have more questions about how you can help us with the race or with the campaign in general please contact either of our campaign sponsors, both of whom are teachers at Princeton High School: O Lonnie Dusch 864-1821 ldusch@princetonschools.net O Becky Heckman 864-1819 bheckman@princetonschools.net
