    Defendant Rambus Inc. (Rambus) has conferred with Plaintiffs Hynix Semiconductor, Inc., Hynix Semiconductor America, Inc., Hynix Semiconductor U.K. Ltd., and Hynix Semiconductor Deutschland GmbH (collectively, Hynix) regarding the use of equipment at the remand hearing scheduled in the above-captioned matter for 2:00 p.m. on December 16, 2011. The parties have agreed to share the equipment subject to Hynixs Miscellaneous Administrative Request, filed on December 12, 2011, and Rambus joins in Hynixs request to bring the equipment listed therein into Courtroom 6. Rambus also requests permission from the Court to bring into Courtroom 6 two easels for the display of demonstratives and for Hynixs vendor to bring two flat panel monitors in addition to those described in Hynixs request.
