These may vary if persons increases as no minimum guarantee is given by REL. 2 Cost of insurance of the employees is not quoted in the rates , supporting documents of the same shall be added Seperately 3 These Rates , Terms & condition are for both the offices i.e Sector 24 & Sector 64 both 4 Water and electricity to be provided by REL 5 Coffee Vending macines & Amc of all the equipments would be responsibility of REL 6 Gas cylinders in complete job is considered as material based in case the prices are revised it should be considered i.e Approx 18 Cylinders in Sector 24 Unit and Appox 50-60 Cylinders in sector 64 Unit. 7 Service staff for 10 would be charged on Minimum salary wages i.e Approx 60,000/- per center
