This proposal of project basically researches the Cloud computing platform as an instrument to build a sustainable Eco System in domains such as HealthCare, Software services and education - and highlights the problems and challenges faced by India vis--vis the world. Architecture:

The above architecture diagram highlights the various platform and consumption/provider aspects that we will be focusing on as a part of this project. Project Scope (i) Project scope includes researching on setting up a sustainable eco system to meet needs of various domains such as Education, Enterprises applications, Merchant stores, Telecommunications and Health Care. The project research shall seek out the implementation methodology adopted by MNCs in India, especially derived out of the industry experience of the company the authors are a part of. The challenges faced by India in terms of adopting to the global cloud innovation basically highlighting upon the go-to market strategy, Security features enablement and customer retention. This will be supplemented through an industry research/survey and study.

Research Methodology: (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) Cloud Computing Analysis of existing infrastructure in India, Issues faced with the current cloud platform and possible solutions to circumvent the same. Risk assesment - Using cloud platform from Indian market perspective for business operations how riskier the venture could be? View from both cloud consumer and cloud host perspective This research is necessary to bring about the opportunities and challenges from either side of the business. Position of India vis--vis the other countries in terms of using services offered on cloud platform. This research will derive data out of one organization (MNC) investing in India to promote cloud usage. Briefly identify the growth market in order to come-up with a sustainable business plan the growth market is the target market to unleash technology and the pricing/selling/marketing strategy should be tuned to align to this growth market.

Limitations: (i) Though regulatory framework involves legal and statutory regulations, the project will aim more towards having a portable model (in-house vs external) rather than dealing solely with legal regulations. The survey results shall be disclosed but the source may not be disclosed if deemed confidential.

Literature Review Our study will be solely based on existing cloud platform and the areas where the ecosystem can be tweaked and improved to have the growing needs in various sectors. We will also be analyzing various improvements of Cloud platform and challenges that are faced by Indian companies as a whole to adapt to cloud infrastructure by means of various Cloud architecture literature & insights provided by Indian Software Companies.
