We along with BSNL have recently launched India"s first video telephony services. This is going to change the way India communicates. We, for last 150 years have been doing voice calls through landline. It is now time to go for face-to-face video call through BSNL landline, to make communication more meaningful.

Let me demonstrate it to you.

BENEFITS 1. Desk to Desk Video Calling Demonstrator: You make video call from 1 desk to other desk, just like normal landline. Process Dial 102TL to 70TM (24102 to 24107) Use cordless to make calls from 102TL (so that to avoid echo)

FAQ & Customer engagement 1.What are the pre-requisites? Ans: You need BSNL landline with broadband. Your data usage because of video traffic is not counted in your broadband bill. 2.What is the tariff? Ans: It is Rs 2 per minute for video calls.

3.But I don"t have BSNL broadband? 4.Ans: Video-PBX based solutions for calling within your branches are possible. But for connecting to remote locations you will like to subscribe to BSNL broadband connections. 5.Engagement: Your video number is like any other BSNL landline number of 2 series. (Cross query: If customer says, are you connected to BSNL network here. Reply: We are here in secure zone where we are not connected to BSNL network. It is simulation) 6.Does your phone have inbuilt camera Ans: Yes, the phone has inbuilt camera, no needs to have external camera 7.Are your phones compatible with other phones? Ans: Yes, all these phones are based on open SIP standard. They follow ITU Codecs for Audio and Video, and are compatible with any other phone of PBX following open international standards.

2. Digital photo frame with Web integration Demonstrator: We can use Vfone as photo frame, with web enabled control. a. You can view photos by using web integration that will help to centrally manage the photo displayed all the Vfone"s in your organization as screen saver. b. Ans: Yes, with the help of WEB integration (SIS Gallery) you can manage the screensaver that are displayed on all the Vfones centrally from one location. Individual users can have flexibility of customizing their screensaver through their web account. They can integrate their web account to their personal PICASA album also to upload family photos on Vfone. 2. Which resolution and format is supported by 102TL? Ans: Resolution 800*600, Format- JPEG

4. Battery Back Up: Demonstrator: 102TL has a battery Back-Up. At rural areas and remote areas we can easily stay connected in case of power break down FAQ: What is the time of Battery backup? Ans: 2hrs approximately

5. Connect to LCD TV Demonstrator: We can connect Vfone to LCD screen. Even you can also connect external devices with RCA input facility in 102TL (external Handy-cam, Sonography machine, Laparoscopy Machine, etc) FAQ: Can we connect it with Projector? Ans: Yes, we can connect, but you may not get good contrast.

6. IP Surveillance Demonstrator:We can dial an IP camera and use for surveillance purpose. IP Camera carries a phone number like any landline phone of BSNL. Process Dial 102TL to IP camera FAQ IP camera that is connected with Vfone, where will be recording saved in Vfone? Ans: No, it is for live monitoring. Can we save the recording in external backup? Ans: Yes, Can be saved in LAPTOP or can be saved in NVR which will be connected with all IP cameras. Can you connect different IP camera"s with particular Vfone? Ans: Yes, We can get different IP camera"s with one Vfone and check the live status at different location. Can I view multiple cameras at my branch office? Ans: Yes, just connect the output from NVR into Vfone.

7. Phone Book with Web Integration Demonstrator: You can centrally manage your contact list on phone via web integration. You can manually enter the contacts also. FAQ Can we connect it with Projector? Ans: Yes, we can connect.

8. HD quality voice Demonstrator:You will get the HD quality voice clarity.(Codec-G.722 is available in all devices) FAQ What is the difference between HD and normal quality? Ans: In normal quality the frequency of voice is in between 33 to 3300Hz, where as in HD quality the voice transmission rate is up to 8000Hz. You will feel the difference between 15 and 50, 13 and 30.
