Not Guilty Doesnt Mean Innocent (Sweet grandma voice) Once upon a time, there was a murderer.

Of course, she didnt think of herself as one though. No one ever does. After about 31 days, the police were alerted and then the public, who must have been listening to police scanners. Notoriously, she rose from a common criminal to a high class celebrity. She was the next OJ Simpson, the next Lizzie Bordon. After all, who doesnt want to hear about a woman that killed her baby girl? During her time in court, all the murderer did was lie, while the public ranted and raved like starving lions outside the courtroom doors. The death penalty hung over her head like a dark shadow. That murderer is (dramatic pause) 25 year old, Casey Anthony. Despite the outcome of that fatal trial, Anthony is guilty of killing her daughter, Caylee Marie on June 16th, 2008. Prosecutors offered a rather scary theory of how Caylee was murdered. Anthony drugged Caylee on chloroform before suffocating the two year old with duct tape on her nose and mouth. When police discovered Caylees remains on December 11th, 2008, in a wooded area near Anthonys house, they also discovered pieces of duct tape only six to eight inches long, so the chloroform was a mandatory. After all, its not logical to assume that an unconscious person would be able to take tape of their face. This was the technical, final editing of the Casey Anthony Trial. The murderer could not keep her story straight. To demonstrate, that murderer is not just a killer (dramatic pause) shes a liar. A pathological liar. Do you want to know whats really sad? Anthonys team and attorney Jose Baez, the one being paid to defend her, doesnt even try to dispute that Anthony is a work of fiction. Caylee went missing sometime in mid-June, although she was reported missing on July 15th, 2008. This was allegedly the birth of Anthonys deceptions. She claimed to have a job at Universal Studios Disney in Orlando Florida. When the police take her to the studios, quote, she turned left and walks down the hallway. About halfway down the hallway she stops and says, I dont work here. Anthony hired a nanny to watch over Caylee on June 9th 2008. (news reporter voice) This womans name was Zenaida Fernandaz-Gonzalez in the Sawgrass Apartments on Conway and Michigan in apartment 210 on the second floor. Anthonys claim that her friend Jeffery Hopkins, dated Zenaida, introduced her to Anthony and said that Jeffery had a son named Zachary and is, quote, rich on a trust fund. Mr. Hopkins denied all of the above. On top of it all, Anthony argued that Zenaida kidnapped Caylee. I dont know where (Caylee) is. Anthony repeatedly told court. The last place I saw her was on those steps at that apartment that I took you to this morning. The same apartment I took the other officers to last night. This was implausible because video footage of apartment complex showed that Anthony was no where near there at that point in time. After the kidnapping theory was rebuked, the murderer and Baez dropped an entirely different bombshell onto the court. Did you know that the murderer, formerly mentioned, had a daddy at one point? He is a gray haired retired policemen now. Anthony and Baez threw out a jaw dropping bombshell that explained why Anthony was a pathological liar. After all, nothing could ever be the murderers fault. Like a child in a pinch, she pointed her finger at George Anthony, telling anyone who would listen that he had touched her inappropriately from the time she was eight and that Caylee drowned in her parents swimming pool and her sweet dad held Caylee underwater. Two out of the three psychologists that talked to Anthony say she strongly and repeatedly told them that only the top half of Georges body was wet. At that point, both George and his daughter hid the body in Anthonys car out of fear. Prosecutor Jeff Aston says, She was quite emphatic that this wasnt an accident, that George had killed her. The murderers track record of lying offers no benefit of the doubt. The bittersweet thing is that both George and his wife visited Anthony in prison for about the first year or so. In this trial, forensic evidence was used. What prosecution brought forth was very condemning. It included an DNA analysis of a strand of hair located in Anthonys abandoned Pontiac Sunfire and it showed, characteristics of apparent decomposition. Translation? It hadnt come from a living, breathing being. The results showed a shocking amount of chloroform. Signs of decomposition were obvious in the trunk where the murderer hid and transported what was left of Caylees body into the woods near her home. There was a maggot infested wad of paper towels found in a trash bag that was also in the Sunfire that had

allegedly been used to clean up fluid from the dead child. For no apparent reason, the DNA test on whether the maggots had been feeding on her remains was never done. Another scientific test verified that the smell in Anthonys car had the exact same chemicals that equal human decomposition. After the body was discovered six months later, it became clear that Caylee was not missing for 31 days. The bug infestation and plant growth around her body indicated Caylee had in the same area that Anthony had played as a child longer then six months. Furthermore, the murderer didnt even bother with mourning her daughter. Guess who became the life of the party? You guessed it. (Counts with fingers) Casey Anthony, spending nights and living out her days with her boyfriend, Tony Lazzaro. Casey Anthony, entering a hot body contest at her usual pub, Fusion, and posting suggestive pictures of herself on Facebook. Fellow prisoner in the Orange County Jail, Maya Derkovic could have been called to testify about Anthonys comment about, knocking Caylee out often so she could go clubbing with friends. Casey Anthony, going to a tattoo parlor and ordering, particularly, the Italian phrase Bella Vita or Beautiful Life. Tattoo artist Bobby Williams told jurors that as he was working, Anthony was chatting happily on her cell phone and later promised him to bring Caylee with her for her next appointment. Although, Baez argued differently. Even if the body had been found in the car, wouldnt that still be consistant with Anthonys story about how George and Anthony hid the body? The tattoo, Bella Vita, could have been describing the beautiful life that had been stolen from her. As it was, all she did was abandon her car and bury her little girl in her Winnie the Pooh Blanket and after all of this, Anthony had to keep up appearances. She had to keep going out with her beau for drinks and parties. Those maggots? They could be from the bag of trash in the Pontiac Sunfire. Sure. Lets just say for a moment that is all true. Answer this then. Dont guilty people have inconsistent stories? At first, Caylee was with a nanny and kidnapped. Then Caylee accidentally drowned while swimming. Then George murdered Caylee by holding her underwater. The truth isnt in the eye of the beholder, is it? Looking at the defense really hard, staring at it until it comes into focus doesnt work because its still more than a little blurry. Consider this woman who has lied over and over again. She doesnt have to get off innocent. This murderers only goal is getting an acquittal, getting out alive. Once upon a time, there was a murderer. She didnt consider herself one though. No one ever does. She managed to walk out into the sunset, not even once looking back. She got her happily ever after, though. She can easily gain millions of dollars just by writing a book or allowing a good director to make a movie out of her lies. Caylee, however, joins the other unsolved murder cases that have been forgotten. Casey Anthony, the murderer of Caylee Marie Anthony, goes free.
