1.

Problem Description

Here, write a description of the main function of your design and the real-world problem that will be solved. Write a brief statement about why your team chose this design over other possible solutions.

2.

Design Specifications

List the circuit specifications needed to design the circuit. For example, the input voltage range, the power supply needed, the accepted noise level, etc.

3.

Circuit Schematic

Usually, copy parts of the design from the simulator software (like Workbench or OrCad) that you use to simulate the design. Draw this schematic nicely without much confusing wires. DO NOT just copy and paste the WHOLE design and that is it!!

4.

Simulation Results

Show that the design is working properly by applying some inputs and getting the expected outputs from the simulator. DO NOT just copy the simulation results you get the CAD simulator without explaining them! Here, make a table of all design specifications and show a proof that they were all met.

5.

Hardware Testing

Illustrate your lab experimentations that verify your software simulations. This includes photos of the project along with any Multimeter readings and/or oscilloscopes images.

6.

Expected Cost

Discuss the expected cost of your design and how are you going to sell your product and make money out of it. Make it as cheap as possible and suggest a selling price for the market. When listing a price for a component or labor, justify your numbers.

7.

Project Tasks

List all the tasks done to complete the project including the search for the project ideas, buying the components, simulating the design, building the circuits, testing the hardware, writing the presentation and the reports. Use the Table below to summarize your tasks along with the member ID who accomplished it fully or partially. # 1 2 Task Members ID1, ID2 ID3

12. Meeting Minutes

The following meetings were carried out to accomplish the project tasks. Meetings are divided into majors and minors. While all members should attend the major meetings, only the required members attend the minor ones.
