He is the Chairman of various Committees within the Organization, including the Wellness & Social Activities Program which serves over 6000 employees. He has obtained an Executive MBA through Bradford University in the UK in which he specialized in organizational safety behavior. Waddah has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Emirates Safety Group, and served as an Advisor on the HCT Environmental Sciences Program Committee. He was a member of the Petroleum and Lube Specification Committee for the Government of the UAE, and more recently became a member of the Dubai Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee. Andrew Broderick, ALDAR Properties Director of EHS and Sustainability Andrew Broderick is Director of EHS & Sustainability at ALDAR Properties PJSC and is responsible for ensuring that applicable local and federal laws, and ALDAR Properties policies are adhered to at all times by ALDAR Properties employees and all who work on the companys behalf. Andrew holds a degree in Sustainable Business from Cambridge University and brings a wide spectrum of EHS experience to ALDAR Properties having been involved in all major areas of the construction industry throughout his extensive career including: high-rise buildings, hospitals, international and domestic airports, villa communities, schools, and entertainment venues. For the past 18 years, Andrew has been in the EHS and Sustainability field working in various industries and has been in the United Arab Emirates for the past 8 years. Prior to ALDAR Properties Andrew was based in Dubai and worked on a number of prestigious projects including Jumeirah Beach Residence and Dubai International Airport Expansion Project Terminal 3. Dr. Dhirajlal Radadiya, ADNOC Senior HSE Advisor Dr. Dhiraj Radadiya is a Chemical Engineer and a highly experienced HSEQ professional wherein with 28 years of experience in safety, occupational, health, and environment, quality, sustainability and process safety management system with global fortune 500 oil and gas reputed companies at various levels form Production/ Senior Process Engineer to Safety & Quality Assurance Manager. He is an enthusiast in his field, with inherent strong leadership and reason based HSE approach. He is professional member of international HSE organizations such as ASSE, IOSH, NFPA, ACGIH, OGP and IEI and presented papers in many national and international events. He has headed many committees and taskforces during his career. In current assignment as Senior HSEMS Advisor with ADNOC/SPC, he has much contributed in development of HSE Code of practices based on UAE laws, regulations, OSHA, USEPA, HSE-UK and develops best industry practices for the ADNOC group of companies. He has imparted training to senior staff of Group companies, lessons learned from international incidents and also coordinated and compiled corporate Annual HSE and Sustainability Reports for ADNOC Group. He also, reviews Risk Assessment Reports (HSEIA) and recommends for approval in safeguarding ADNOCs interests.Dr. Dhiraj has contributed to development of the EHSMS of Emirates of Abu Dhabi for developing and implementing EHSMS in the emirates of Abu Dhabi. Dr. Rakhmat Soebekti, Qatar Petroleum Occupational Health Specialist Head of Ras Laffan Occupational Health Region Mr. Soebekti has 3 years of experience in Public Health sector and 18 years experience practices in Occupational Health services in several oil & gas industries. He has worked for International companies ike BP, Total, ExxonMobil, CNOOC and QP. Mr. Soebekti is recognized as an Occupational Medicine Specialist by American Board of Preventive Medicine, membership in American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine & Society of Occupational Medicine UK. He currently hold the position of Head of Occupational Health, Ras Laffan region, Qatar Petroleum, Ras Laffan Industrial City Health Advisor, Joint Venture Company Occupational Health Advisor. Ehsan Mousavi, Petropars VP Corporate HSEQ Ehsan Mousavi is the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager of Petropars Ltd., a successful Iranian oil and gas developer with projects valued over 10 billion USD, concentrating on the South Pars Gas Field (largest non associated gas field in the world). For the past five years in this position Mr. Mousavi has successfully managed major projects within the company, such as developing and implementing a Quality Management System in addition to an HSE Management System, recently integrating these systems into an Integrated Management System (IMS). He is also an active member of the Oil Gas Producers association (OGP) and member of the ISO/TC 67 committee. He proposed, planned and directed the first conference on HSE in Oil & Gas Industry in Iran. His past accomplishments include being the vice-president of TUV Saarland and the business development manager of SGS Company in Iran. Lee Hogan, Seadrill Head of QHSE Africa & Middle East Region Lee Hogan is a dedicated HSE Professional with extensive experience across all areas of the Oil & Gas Industry. During the past 14 years Lee has held numerous senior positions in the United Kingdom, Scandinavia, Middle East & Asia. His current position is Head of QHSE for Seadrill Africa & Middle East Region, based in Dubai. Lee is also active with Industry HSE initiatives having held the positions of Chairman of DROPS Asia, DROPS Middle East Steering Committee Member plus also a Deputy Chair Role of the Opito Africa & Middle East Industry Forum. Lee holds a BSc(Hons) in Environmental Management from Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK plus numerous other professional HSE certifications. Mohammad Hussein, Emirates Aluminium Manager Health & Safety (Projects) Graduated as Electromechanical engineer in 1996 from Jordan and has worked in various technical engineering disciplines, currently working as health & safety manager for the world-largest single-site aluminium smelter in UAE and leading the remarkable safety performance of the projects; previously was the EHS manager of world-leading packaging manufacturing company CROWN Emirates (CROWN Holdings). Member in many international professional associations like ASSE, IOSH & JEA; chairperson and key-note speaker in several international EHS conferences and also EHS lecturer. Holds NEBOSH International Certificate & Diploma from UK and preparing his Master degree in global strategic leadership program from UK and Switzerland. Nigel Ree, Yuanda UAE QHSE Director Mr. Nigel Ree has a very strong background in construction management. He started his career working as a compliance manager for a large Victorian Hospital strip out in the mid 90s then changing to a full time safety role in the late 90s, during this time he has worked on a number of prestigious projects including Wembley Stadium, Millennium Stadium and Heathrow Terminal 5 where he assisted in rolling out the (IIF) Incident Injury Free, behavioural safety programme that proved very successful. He joined Shenyang Yuanda (Abu Dhabi) as QHSE manager and in a short time period was promoted to director level earlier this year, during his time with the company there has been a significant drop in accidents/incidents and the subsequent reduction in AF from 3.97 to the present 1.25. As a group they have achieved over 9 project 1.2 million man hours without a reportable accident. Eng.
