The ___________de Cielo will be located in a 320000 square meter located near the National Highway in Barangay Calumpang, Tayabas Quezon. The reason why it is so easy to be seen by the target market. A heavens "getaway" to the municipality which the name was get. It is a Mexican Italian inspired resort. _______which means municipality and Del Cielo means heaven, a heavens resort in the municipality of Tayabas. This resort will provide relaxation and recreation in the future guest. This will be a very ideal for family, friend and couples getaway. They will experience the province hospitality to the people as what Quezonians are known for aside from the fresh and wonderful nature we had. The __________del Cielo will a have restaurant, two (2) pools for adult and kids, a pavilion which some of functions or events will be held, a spa for the relaxation and a villa rooms to accommodate the guest. We will also offer some indoor activities for the guest. Our kitchen was made with a quality industrial equipment that gives them the ability to supply all the needs of the customers especially in seminars, events, reunions, weddings, baptism, partys and et al.

Highway National Highway in Barangay Calumpang, Tayabas Quezon, a fast growing prime residential/commercial location, where the most of the rich developers was now growing up. It is a good area for the business because this National Highway is the major route of market that are going to Manila/ Tayabas or going to Bicol/ Lucena. So this is a good idea to make an advertisement in this place. Our Resort Hotel has a lot of direct competitors It is because were going to offer all the service they are offering to others aside for a beach. Example of these are the menu, quality food, good service, value, an excellent atmosphere and more.

We all know that Tayabas has a abundant number of Resort but it is too far for the Lucenahin and Manilenio to go there, the reason why were going to put up a business that has an easy mobility. Our goal is to get a large number of markets where you can find in our location because: -we are along in the National Highway -we are surrounded by a large subdivision especially (Vista Verde, Camella Homes, Southgate, Leveriza Heights, Welman Vill, Villa Lopes and Promise Land IV) which can make a book for a small meeting , lunch dinner.

As what weve already know, we have a lot of competitors but this risk only serves a limited services unlike us that has the ability to offer all their services in only one place/establishments. So what do you think is the better place here in Lucena and in Tayabas that can offer entertainment, relaxation, good venue, swimming pool, rooms, fine dining restaurant, pavilion that can handle meetings, seminars and any other functions. As some of this subdivision offers their club house we also have the direct competitors the CLUB PARADISE RESORT, WI-RESORTS, TAYABAS DISCOVERY RESORT, TAYABAS LUXURY RESORT, MONEGLIA DE TAYABAS RESORT, CASTA-DIVA RESORT in Tayabas and near lucena City Resort and hotel that offers same accommodations.
