Ah summer we love it. Pimms in the park, outdoor festivals, camping holidays, barbecues, Wimbledon and, well, more Pimms. Its all good. You know whats even better though? Being able to do all this under the guise of work! Yes, summer is just another reason why its great to be a Kleeneze Distributor. And if youre a champion of your game like Britains tennis number 1, Andy Murray, youll know that it is all about winning. Like Wimbledon, Kleeneze is the tournament which allows you to get to the top!! Last year, when we issued our anniversary challenge, the result was immense! To celebrate Kleenezes 85th birthday, we asked you to take part in the biggest weekend in the history of the business by getting all your teams out for one huge concentrated burst of activity. And it turned out to be quite the rip-roaring success.

Were not content with rip-roaring success, though. We want MORE! On 18 19 JULY, is the date for the Big Kleeneze Activity Weekend and this time we are going to beat last years mega success. Well be talking more about our Activity Weekend over the coming weeks in EWB, but in the meantime get thinking about some fun, original and exciting ways you can take part over these two days. Get it booked in your diary, make sure you have all the tools (Opportunity flyers, DVDs, banners etc), ensure your team members keep that weekend free and get ready to break every record Kleeneze has ever achieved! Recipe ideas
Souvla Great for any barbecue! Generally large pieces of meat cooked on a skewer over a grill or barbecue. Any meat can be used, although traditionally Cypriots use lamb or pork. Halloumi A Cypriot cheese made from sheep or goats milk. It has a high melting point and is usually fried or grilled. It can also be served in sandwiches, salads or as a dessert with fruit and wine Greek Salad 3 medium tomatoes cored and cut into chunks 1 red pepper de-seeded and diced 1 /2 red onion cut into chunks 6 tbsp of olive oil 1 lemon juice only 200g of Feta cheese broken into large chunks 50g/2oz black olives

Optional handful of whole mint and parsley leaves. Optional pitta bread, to serve Method 1. Gently mix all the above ingredients together, trying not to break the Feta cheese up any further. 2. Season with sea salt and black pepper, if to your taste. 3. Optional: serve with hot griddled pitta bread.

Hints and tips for a successful barbecue


1. Rub the grill with oil before you fire it up to avoid meat sticking to the grates. 2. Always pre-heat the barbecue. For gas between 5-10 minutes and for charcoal barbecues approximately 30. 3. Control the heat of your barbecue, as you dont want the meat to burn, nor for it to take hours to cook! 4. Never use a fork to turn meat, as the juices will escape. Try to use tongs or a spatula. 5. The larger the cut of meat, the further away from the heat source it should be to ensure it cooks thoroughly. 6. When using barbecue sauce, always try to add when the outside of the meat is cooked. This will avoid the sauce and meat burning.

Drinks
Cyprus Coffee A very strong coffee brewed traditionally in small long handled pots. It is then served in small cups accompanied by a glass of water. Brandy Sour A refreshing cocktail made up of Cyprus Brandy and lemon squash. Add to this drops of Angostura bitters, topped up with soda water and ice cubes.

The official launch for the new website will be at Gold Rush III, which takes place on Wednesday 1 July. You can look forward to a new search facility, making it much easier to track down your favourite article or that piece of information you need. As well as regularly updating content, well also have more pod and video casts, which well be able to stream straight to you via news (RSS) feeds. Heres new Gold Distributor Chrissy Sykes wearing her fetching Golden balloon hat to celebrate hitting gold in period 5! I started running my Kleeneze business in February 2008 following the birth of my son, explained Chrissy. During my pregnancy the reality of maternity pay was bothering me and I knew that if I wanted to continue to live the lifestyle I was used to and comfortably provide for my family, I needed to do something to earn an extra income. I had already decided that I would not return to work on a full time basis to allow me to spend time with my son. I had looked into many options but most had a ridiculous investment or seemed unrealistic. I had already looked into the Kleeneze option too but had decided that catalogues werent for me. I never gave it another thought until my sponsor explained to me the other side to the business and the benefits of networking.

I loaded up the pushchair and off I went. In my first four weeks, I had earned 265.64 working part-time. I knew then it worked. With the help and support of my Upline I have started to build a great team and I am so excited about expanding my business and not only being able to reach my own dreams but to help others also to achieve things that may have been out of reach.
