TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Membership fee is Rs. 6999 (Rupees Six Thousand Nine Hundred And Ninety Nine only) inclusive
of Government Service Taxes @ 10.3%. 2. The membership term (validity period) shall be for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issue of the membership. 3. The membership card is valid for use only by the member himself/herself and after signing on the reverse of the card. Membership card is non-transferable. 4. Membership once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded. 5. Children above four years of age are included in the total guest count for the purpose of calculating discounts. 6. Room bookings must be made through the Members Help Desk. Any bookings made through travel agents or corporations are not eligible for any Reduction.

7. Rooms are subject to HHI Elite club allocation, availability and prior reservations through the
club office. 8. In the event that the certificates are lost, they cannot be replaced. Money will not be refunded in such a case. 9. Lost card can be re- issued via a written communication to the Club manager & will be replaced at a fee of Rs 500/10. Complimentary room night stay certificate enclosed in the membership pack is valid for use at the specified hotel only and is for one time usage only and has to be utilized in full. 11. All night stay in the hotel is inclusive of buffet breakfast for two (2) guests at the coffee shop.

12. All certificates can be used at any restaurants or outlets with Advance Table Reservation.
13. The certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services. 14. Certificates accompanying the Membership are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or re-validated. Only One Food/ Beverage certificate can be used per visit. 15. No two certificates can be used together and card benefits will not apply while using a certificate ( Except when redeeming the Wine Or Cake certificates) 16. The Reduction can only be redeemed on the total food & beverage bill as mentioned on the reverse of the card and only one card can be presented per table/party. 17. The benefits as given in the gift certificate are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face or on the reverse of the certificate. 18. The membership benefits are not valid for Banquets & In-room dining.

19. The membership card and voucher booklet is not valid in Underground (the night club). 20. Hotel Hindusthan International in Kolkata and Varanasi reserves the right to not offer the card and/or certificate benefits during any special promotion, food festivals or event. Membership benefits will not be available on Valentines Day, Christmas and New Year celebrations at the hotel. 21. Hotel Hindusthan International in Kolkata and Varanasi reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of the rules, terms and conditions, duration of the programme, with or without prior notice. All decisions in this regard are final and binding on HHI Elite member. 22.
