Career Objective :
To gain professional exposure and experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields and thereby secure a challenging position where I can effectively contribute my skills as a Mechanical Engineer.

Job Experience:
Working in S. Alam Refined Sugar Industries Limited, Chittagong, Bangladesh, as a Mechanical Engineer (maintenance) from 01 August, 2009. Major Responsibilities:

Working with the Engineers of SUTECH- Thailand and helping them for various technical supports. Observed Commissioning of various pumps, motors, and machines of the process. Performing design related works (pipe line design of compressor, m/c parts design, Pump shaft design, Mechanical seal design, etc.) Checking of various pumps (Injection Pump) and motors for water treatment plant.

Schedule checking of Air Compressors (Reciprocating type) and perform their maintenance work (safety valve, pressure switch etc.). Checking & maintenance of pneumatic valves, solenoid valves, actuators & duct lines. Checking the main sugar processing unit and take necessary actions if any fault detected.

Responsible for running the all mechanical equipments (Belt Drives, Roller, Pump, Pulley etc.) and taking the preventive measure to avoid major damages.

Maintenance of Screw Compressors (Atlas Copco), like, oil level check, air filter check, and drain check, etc. Schedule checking of Reverse Osmosis plant such as IRF tank, ACF tank, DM tank, etc. Schedule checking of Feed Pump, Boiler Mountings, FDF, Compressors, and Chemical Dosing for HP and LP line, etc. Making roster for Operators and Maintenance group.
