You are hereby informed that based on our search/online screening, we have recently confirmed your application sent to us by you. After going through your resume, we confirmed that your qualification met with the job requirements; due to this reason, we have short listed your name for Group D Interview, this invitation confirms that you are qualified to attend our Group (D) Interview. Be informed that the primary aims for this Interview are as follows: 1. To orally confirm your qualification and experience through questioning and interaction. 2. To give you the opportunity to prove your qualification and experience. 3. To discuss the working conditions before employment confirmation. 4. For Salary negotiation 5. To enable our team choose and assign the right candidates to the required area 6. To avoid choosing junks or the wrong candidates for the job.

2 Note that our Group (D) Interview will be conducted orally in Kuwait. Furthermore, the Interview has been scheduled to hold on the 14th of January 2012 at the bellowed venue. Time: 11:00 .am. Prompt Venue: Ali Al Salem Street Al Deira Area P.o.box 70 Kuwait City Kuwait. The management confirms that this interview will be made easy to enable all applicant attend successfully. We have also set forth 2 options in the interview document to enable applicant's make the right choice to attend this invitation. The 2 options are clearly described bellow for further understanding and follow up. Option 1 is Personal Mobilization: - This set of applicants will be fully responsible to finance his or her mobilization to the interview venue for the scheduled Interview and immediately after the Interview has been fully conducted; all expenses which must be backed up with receipts as prove of expenses must be submitted to our accountant for refunds. Note* that applicant using option 1 (Personal Mobilization) he or she will personally finance the following labeled A-D, applicant are to take note* of this A. Itinerary booking/Bus or Train ticket round trip (To and Fro) B. Hotel reservation for at least one night, total duration for the interview will be just a day. C. transportation from hotel lodge to Interview venue D. Feeding and any additional expenses. Only applicants who are residence or citizen of Kuwait are allowed to choose option 1 and must submit the bellowed information for confirmation of attendance and seat reservation before the interview due date. 1. Scan copies of all pages of Itinerary booking/ Bus or Train ticket round trip (To and Fro) to Ali Al Salem Street Al Deira area. 2. Scan copies of all pages of Hotel reservation for at least a night. 3. Reference letter from past employer or Co- worker 4. Academic transcript or certificate

3 Option 2 is Company Mobilization: - Only applicants who are not from Kuwait will enjoy free mobilization to Kuwait for the scheduled interview, it also implies that the Company will sponsor the mobilization of these sets of applicants from their current location or country to Kuwait for the scheduled Interview Note* that applicant using option 2 (Company Mobilization) the management will make arrangement for the following labeled A-E applicant are to take note* of this A. Flight Ticket booking to and Fro round trip B. Hotel reservations for at least one night as well as airport pick up on arrival. C. Local transportation from hotel lodge to Interview venue D. Feeding and any additional expenses. E. Visa processing fees and follow up. Applicants using Option 2 is to take note of this important information: - Due to our recent experience, when some applicants abused our free mobilization for interview by showing no interest after we completed all their mobilization requirements to enable them attends the Interview successfully. For this reason, the management has decided that a mobilization Caution Deposit of $460 must be paid to logistic department before reservations and bookings can be established to enable applicants attend the Interview successfully. Be informed that the mobilization Caution Deposit is 100% refundable to all applicants using Option 2 and who live outside Kuwait; this deposit will be on our custody till after the interview has been fully conducted. Visa Assistance will be given to applicants using Option 2 and immediately our logistics department receives the mobilization Caution Deposit along with the following documents stated bellow. 1. Scan copy of International Passport, this should be sent to our logistic department via email attachment. 2. Academic Transcript or certificate. Other requirements will be communicated to you by our logistics team. Note* that immediately you submit all requirements to our logistics department via email including the mobilization Caution Deposit of $460, your Visa application fee will be paid here and the required Visa application type/guideline will be sent to you via email attachment to enable you download and fill in the required informations for submission to the embassy in your country.

4 We shall send an official mandate to the Embassy in your country to enable them accept and approve of your visa application within the specified time of submission. We shall also send to you an official sponsorship confirmation that must be attached to your visa application to enable fast approval. Note* that visa stamping and approval will be completed immediately the embassy must have verified from KNPC. For more details contact our logistics Team via email: logistics@knpc-kw.com

Note* that this should be signed and sent as an email attachment to our Logistic Department via email: logistics@knpc-kw.com for adequate assistance. You are to sign only on the two blank spaces (Authorized Signatory) the other section should be left blank for office use only; it will be signed by the different signatories stated below immediately all requirements for either Option 1 or 2 are sent to our logistics department via email: logistics@knpc-kw.com for further assistance.

6 INTERVIEW REQUIRMENTS You are required to make check the list of documents that are required for the Interview before leaving your home. You are to ensure that these documents are already filed in your briefcase before making any attempt to leave your home. These documents are enlisted below: (a) At least 5 copies of your resumes should be included as you will need to give one to each Hr Specialist at the Interview process, (b) Copies of passport photograph, (c) Drivers license if any, (d) Academic certificates, (e) College Transcript if you are a recent graduate. 1. You might also include copies of your reference list, at least 3 persons which includes former supervisors or work colleagues who are willing to serve as your professional reference, get permission from them before time and be sure that these reference would speak well of you if contacted by potential employer. 2. Have your writing materials with you to take down important points, ensure you take down each Hr specialist and supervisors name correctly and ensure you send them a thank you note before taking a bawl from the Interview panel. REMINDER MESSAGE Turn off any alarm that might distract you at the middle of the Interview, chewing is not allowed during the interview process as you are required to throw away off anything in your mouth that might serve as a distraction to you or the interview supervisors as such might result to disqualification. Remember first impression counts, you dont need to be 100% perfect to be successful in this process. You only need to prove your professional proficiency thats all.
