When Jesus returns he will not be as the baby in a manger. He grew up. He died, was buried and rose triumphantly from the grave. He ascended to heaven, sat on the right hand of the Father. Jesus will return as the lion of the tribe of Judah. He will reign 1000 years as the King of kings and Lord of lords. Jesus is the reason, he is still the answer for the troubled world. Jesus the reason for the season

The season is upon us. As we go about our daily life we should reflect on the true meaning of the season. We should not take it for granted. We should ponder why are we here in this world? Who made us and for what purpose? Why was Jesus born into this world? The wise men brought gifts to Jesus then. What gift should we give to Jesus Christ today? God gave his only begotten son but are we willing to give our one soul, our one life to Him? THE REASONS HE CAME: To take away sin 1. But you know that he appeared so that he might take away our sins. And in him is no sin. (I John 3:5 NIV) 2. And you know that he was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. (1John 3: 5nKJV) For this purpose the Son of God was manifested to, that he might destroy the works of the devil. (1John 3: 8b nKJV)

TO BE THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life. (John 8:12 NIV)
The sun gives light by day while the moon and stars give light by night. That is physical light to dispel physical darkness. Jesus is the spiritual light of the world. The spiritual light allows you to see spiritual things. The spiritual light shows the glory of righteous living and exposes the darkness of sin

Jesus died in surrender to the father. He became the ladder between heaven and earth. He was lifted up from the earth on the cross like Moses lifted the serpent on the pole . We now can look and live. Look to Him by faith and live by faith! Jesus was slain for YOU so what will YOU do?

You cannot live without the SUN, neither can you SPIRITUALLY LIVE without the SON (Jesus).
