To provide our trainees with advanced methods and skills that will allow them to both respond to and neutralize a wide variety of threats to the safety and well-being of the human factor or other asset they are designated to protect. To provide our trainees with advanced knowledge to better provide protective services in a wide range of environments and situations.
The trainees will face (during practical exercises) possible threats or attack simulations to their protected values and will learn responding methods as well as practicing them appropriately. Understand and practice scanning the surroundings for threats, in order to respond to any of them accordingly. Knowledge of the basic information necessary to integrate all elements of High Risk protective missions into a working field operation. Understand and practice convoy formations and vehicular movement, tactics and strategies. Trainees will get familiar with the principles of team integration, cooperation and communications, knowing their exact role in the team. Exposure to the stressful situations will require very close team work and mental balance during the training, but will conduct to team players attitude, build up the inner strength and last but not least, skills enhancement.
Module 1 - The Private Security Industry and its role in high risk protection missions. Risk assessment. Team building (know your team members), team up in squads,
navigation and recce exercises).
Module 4 - Protection methods and emergency tactical response methods Protection of crew, facilities and assets in High Risk protection missions. Emergency (attack) Tactical Response Methods Module 5 - Sniping Principles Vulnerability assessment Counter measures Field exercises Module 6 Navigation Navigation in open (desert, field, forest, sea) and urban areas Field exercises Module 7 Weapons Familiarization Familiarization with the weapons and other various means used by bad guys Field exercise Module 8 Familiarization with mission objectives. Role of each squad member in the team.
Module 9 - Surviving Kidnapping & Hostage situations Module 10 Counterinsurgency and counter piracy Module 11 The use of fire arms combined with vehicles (simulation ammunition) Shooting from a vehicle both pistol and long guns The use of vehicle or other environment features as cover Embarking and disembarking under fire Vehicle as a weapon blocking and ramming Vehicle escort procedures Module 12 Survival in hostile areas Module 13 Anti-Sabotage
This instruction emphasizes on detection and prevention, not disposal, of explosive threats. Methods of search techniques are covered as well as preventive procedures to implement as policy in public buildings, including how to prepare for threat calls. Personality profiles of bomb threat callers and actual bomber motivations are explored in detail. While we do not expect to train bomb disposal technicians, we do hope
to instill a sufficient level of knowledge so that our graduate is capable of offering intelligent advice to his employer, establishing basic safety procedures, and knowing what to do during a bombing incident.
