INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Please confirm your participation positively by 16.12.2011 thro e-mail (e-mail id:hrhelp@bhelisg.com) 2. You are requested to report at the above venue positively one hour before the scheduled time as mentioned above 3. You are requested to bring the following original documents (along with a self attested Xerox copy) for verification before the interview:a. Proof for Date of Birth [Class 10 (High School) certificate] b. Marks sheets of all semesters/years in support of educational qualification/s c. Engineering Degree certificate for Graduation / Post graduation d. Category certificate i.e. SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer), certificate on Government prescribed format and self undertaking for OBC(Non-creamy layer) status in the prescribed format, valid Physically Challenged certificate, Discharge certificate in case of Ex-servicemen if applicable e. Relevant documents in support of duration of work experience with each employer Offer of Appointment / Joining letter / Experience Certificate issued by the Employer along with First and/or Last Salary Slip indicating the pay scale and grade if applicable(the document produced should clearly indicate the date of joining and date of leaving the relevant employer) f. No objection certificate from present employer, if applicable g. This Interview Call Letter along with one copy of passport size photograph h. If claiming age relaxation as candidate from Jammu & Kashmir, relevant domicile certificate 4. You will be re-imbursed to and fro actual train fare limited to sleeper class from your starting station or mailing address whichever is nearer to the place of interview by shortest route on production of proof of journey 5. You may also note that these posts are temporary in nature and offered on fixed tenure basis for a maximum period of 24 months. These are not against any permanent vacancy and this placement will not ensure any regular/permanent employment in BHEL in future. 6. No correspondence will be entertained with the candidates not selected for fixed tenure appointment 7. You may please note that candidates selected for appointment will be paid monthly consolidated remuneration as indicated in our advertisement In case you are not able to produce any of the documents mentioned above, you will not be allowed for the interview and in that case no reimbursement of TA will be admissible.
