Kribi deep sea port (phase 1) Background

vLoan agreement : based on EPC contract between MINEPAT and CHEC. vEPC contract : Engineering part is based on available technical studies and data provided by MINEPAT, with possibility of updating.

vBased on initial design within the EPC contract, CHEC takes into account of following elements for making option, update and optimization: - employer s requirements: within EPC contract - legal framework: EPC contract and loan agreement. - technical requirements: 8 technical studies, APS, Schma Directeur and other data. - industrial needs: by coordination meetings and technical exchanges with different stakeholders of industrial projects.
