Job Description
Providing customer a world class experience / Hospitality : As Wills Lifestyle is one of the Super Premium brand in India & an ITC product & its association with India Fashion week The type of cliental is totally different from other regular brands .It is basically towards a Luxury & a Boutique store as these customers basically belong to the upper class of the society like politicians, designers & businessman etc therefore providing them the best customer service & hospitality is the basic part of our functional area.

Routine Sales:
The second main functional area of my job is sales . Sales is the most dominant work responsibility like Selling a customer more then 2 garments ,providing alternatives , Try to make the customer try the apparels, adding add on is the most important to achieve To maintain sales we need to consider the basic standard operating procedures like maintaining a conversion of minimum 25-30% and a basket size of 2 apparels minimum.

Operating the Cash:

As we work on rotation basis we have to take care of cashiering / billing procedure also. In this process we have to acknowledge every customer , Inform him/her about the membership program, and need to take down his feedback on the feedback form and then need to carry forward with the billing of products .In this process we also need to send reports to finance about the total sales and products sold there items and quantity and also have to report the sales figure to Area Manager . Monitoring of automated replenishment system: Being a luxury store the number of products sold have to be checked on hourly basis and need to replenish it as we have a automated replenishment system though which we can check for total goods available in inventory then we physically check the products also . Analyze trends at store: As Indian market is a very competitive market we also go for a marketing survey on trends & products at other stores. Based on which we create a report in the change of trends in local market as well as in national market which helps in understanding competition.

Documentation of receipts and updating into movex software: MOVEX & RSF are the base software which are used for all operational work. We need to Receive stock in it and then update it and once all stock is received properly it helps in locating the inventory easily .All cashiering activities takes part on RSF. Visual Merchandising of store according to the standards: Visual merchandising is one of the most important aspects of the store in terms of business. As a part of which we make colour stories and implement them on the window and inner store mannequins This attracts the customers to drop in and purchase a set of cloth and accessories. Checking Key Performance Area: We are also having a coaching log on weekly basis in which performance is measured and key performing area for the store is discussed and suggestions are taken from all through which sales can uplift and customers can have a better service every time this is prepared by the store manger & with the help of customer associates.
