INTELLIGENT ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM USING DEFLECTION OF BODY IR EMITION

AIM:
To design electronics based power wastage control system using body IR emition of human.

Base Technology:
Embedded System based IC 89C51

Abstract:

It is valuable concept, by which we can save electrical power from wastage. In this system, electrical load in a room is operated by sensing the presence of human. The PIR sensor is used to detect the presence of human being in the power

microcontroller. The rest of the circuit consists of light detector and temperature monitor. The atmospheric light sensing circuit monitoring the atmospheric light condition and switch the lighting system at available of human in the room. In the same way temperature monitoring system switch the fan based on the atmospheric temperature condition. So using PIR sensor, LDR and temperature sensor we can effectively control the wastage of power in industries and premises. The whole process is carried on using AT89C51 which provides the following

DI

standard features: 4K bytes of flash, 128 bytes of RAM, 32 I/O lines, two 16 bit timer/ counters, a five vector two level interrupt architecture, a full duplex serial port, on chip oscillator and clock circuitry

Merits & Applications:

1. This system is very useful system to save power from ideal run of electrical appliances like fan, lamp etc. 2. By avoiding ideal run, we can increase the life time of electrical equipment.
