Productivity: I came in this team with big hopes. I was eager to learn and to improve myself.

My objectives were to become a team player. In my opinion a team player must reunite many qualities that are important in our project (Must be productive, to have suggestions, to do a quality work, multitasking, people skills, to be able to work under pressure and many other stuff). From the day we started I audited 3079 tasks which place me in Top 3 (my team) and Top 10 in the entire project. I was able to detect 600 errors for which I am number one in the team. In my opinion this stands as a quality certificate for my work. For Post live Im working for Russia which is a big challenge because the amount of errors detected is huge but with a lot of effort and good communication skills I am trying to keep up with the 35 URL/week standard without losing the quality of work. Of course there are weeks when I wasnt able to achieve the goal but this happened mostly because I was implicated in UAT Project, new employee training, a large amount of tasks received in pre live queue or the thing that the pages audited in post live wore messy and I needed more time to describe and to communicate with developers to get them done ASAP. I was proactive and stepped up whenever something new appeared. I served as a backup shift leader when my shift leader was in vacation and whenever he needed a day off and I received a very good feedback from him regarding my work. Till now all these objectives were accomplished. I order to accomplish all this objectives I used o lot of skills like: communication, strong multitasking, Can do attitude, people skills, self-motivating and adaptability. Since I was hired here I grew a lot in a lot of different ways. I improved my communication skills, I became a team player, and as a result I provided value addition to this project. For the near future I want to prove that some other qualities that I possess like leadership. I will keep up the good work and make sure I will be a top member of this team. In my opinion and from what I have read in the articles released and from the congrats email received from Barnhill Meredith, Vivian Homza, Margaret Minter, Terry Kahler, Mondreti, Ravikrishna, Chris Lloyd and others I understood that this project and this team turned out to be very successfully and I am a big part of this success.

Suggestions: In the past months my ideas turned out to be very appreciated by management and also implemented. As a reaction to my research some standards are different for post live now. The below changes were implemented: 1. The number of images required in gallery went from 11 to 9. 2. I found out that its not necessary to have 3 thumbnails. For this I received a great feedback from Sanjeev. 3. As a result of my communication with developers and business owner, a project was started to rename the images from 295, to product name as Sanjeev decided this is an issue that has a big impact on our costumer.

Even though this required a big amount of work from the development team soon the project was successfully started. This move was very appreciated by Sanjeev Koushik. 4. I wrote and implemented a training manual which has proven to be very effective. When we got new team members I step up to provide them training. Its important to keep in mind that I was able to provide an excellent training and keep everything in line. That proved that I can handle a big amount and variety of tasks without losing quality. Apparently my job till now had a great impact over this project and people in it.

Quality: During all this period I got a great feedback from team leader, from Sanjeev Koushik and Chris Lloyd. Of course I did some mistakes at the beginning because the project was new and I was learning like the others but soon enough I got better and better and those negative feedbacks received at the beginning where covered by my success. Even though there might be times when Im mistaken Im very willing to assume my responsibility and to learn from my mistakes. TAT: From the feedback received from my manager I understood that my TAT is good except with the periods when I was performing training for the new employee and I had to spend my entire time with them to be sure that they will become great auditors. I am supervising their work closely in the first month to be sure that they are doing a good job. This thing means that Im auditing most of the tasks reviewed by the new auditors and I am providing feedback on their work constantly. And of course this can be a cause over my TAT and SLA but I consider it a good cause as long as I am able to train new great auditors. Because I was named as an advisor for all the team members that have doubts sometimes I am jumping to help them in resolving their issues leaving mines aside. I consider this is a factor for not meeting the TAT and SLA from time to time. Also the amount of tasks received in pre live queue is a cause for not meeting the TAT and SLA.
