Microsoft Dynamics Downgrade Policy

Microsoft will make one version prior to the original licensed version available . For Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, the Software License Terms do not provide users the right to downgrade to previous versions, as there is no other previous version available under the Business Value Licensing model.
Note: Microsoft is not obligated to supply earlier versions of its software. If the earlier version includes different components, any terms for those components in the agreement that come with the earlier version apply to usage of them. See the Licensing Transitions Policy at https://mbs.microsoft.com/downloads/customer/msdynamics/Transition_Policy_FINAL.pdf for version restrictions related to license model transitions. Customer's ability to access previous versions directly from Microsoft may be limited if customer is not current on Business Ready Enhancement Plan. Please consult our Business Ready Enhancement Plan Policy at: https://mbs.microsoft.com/downloads/customer/services/BREP_Customer_FAQ.pdf
