The answer to accurate, reliable tungsten preparation!

Triad Tungsten Grinder (TTG Plus)

Provides operators with the versatility and accuracy needed to prepare tungsten for both orbital welding and hand-held applications. Its grinding, cutting and facing capabilities eliminate the need and cost for additional preparation tools. Plus, it features the most robust, reliable motor available in the marketplace. So no matter how much tungsten is needed, Triad is up for the challenge!

Precision-drilled entries accommodate six different electrode sizes to ensure maximum versatility on a wide range of applications. Four-angle (15, 18, 22.5 and 30) grinding capabilities ensure superior TIG weld quality, reliable arc starting and good weld penetration. A robust industrial-grade motor extends grinder life and runs smoothly to provide accurate, consistent tungsten preparation. The lightweight body allows for quick transport to any jobsite and eases operator handling.

High-quality, dual-sided, diamond-coated grinding wheels provide reliable, long-term performance to minimize costs and downtime for replacement. Standard and rough grinding wheels provide proper grind finish for the given tungsten diameter, cut up to 5/32 (4.0 mm) and precisely face for welding at elevated amperages. . (Standard grinding wheel included with Triad ) Electrode holder provides a secure grip to ease rotation of tungsten and to reduce the potential for flat spots.

Sturdy steel carrying case withstands jobsite abuse to protect grinder and accessories. Case has durable powder-coated finish and foam-padded interior for secure transport and storage protection. Includes: standard diamondcoated grinding wheel, electrode holder with clamping collets, Torx T20 screwdriver and mounting plate to convert to bench model. Case dimensions: 9-1/2" H x 15-1/4" W x 3-3/4" D (241 x 387 x 95 mm)
