This course covers topics on high frequemcy transistor models; analysis of transistor circuits; bipolar junction transistors and FET (JFET, MOSFET); multi-stage amplifiers, feddback, differential amplifiers and operational amplifiers; integrated circuit families (RTL, DTL, TTL, ECL, MOS).
