Advertising/Sponsorship Proposal
I would like to offer your business an advertising/sponsorship opportunity. Mitchell Park Squash Club is the biggest squash club in the Wellington district. It is a large complex with 5 squash courts. We have a growing number of members and a large regular club night. We also host interclub nights and large tournaments at club, regional and national level. We can offer your business some excellent advertising space, including the top and/or the bottom of the front wall of any of the five squash courts. These spaces are clearly visible to both players and spectators. We are currently looking for advertisers to fill these spaces. Players and spectators at squash courts are a captive audience, as they would look at your signage area for prolonged periods of time. Please see below details of the pricing options. The cost of the supply and installation of signage would be your responsibility. The initial billing period would be from now to 30/9/2008, then annually on 1/10/08 and so on. If you subscribe for advertising space now you will essentially get the period from now to 30/9/2007 free of charge. Bottom of front court wall (full horizontal length of tin with fixed dimension of 6.4 metres long x 43 cm high) Full length to 30/9/2008 $500 plus GST per annum Two year fixed price to 30/9/2009 $1,000 plus GST Top of front court wall (similar dimensions as above) Half length to 30/9/2008 Two year fixed price to 30/9/2009 Full length to 30/9/2008 Two year fixed price to 30/9/2009 Full Court (top and bottom) price by negotiation.

General signage We have available space at the sides of two courts, around the upstairs lounge and in the public viewing areas. There are fewer constraints on the sign dimensions in these areas. Prices for these spaces would be by negotiation (approximately $500 to $750 plus GST per annum). Sponsors in Business board We have a large display board that you can place your business name and contact details. The cost would be $150 plus GST per annum.

As you can appreciate we would need to approve a design before installation to ensure that the signage is not distracting to players. If you wish to view the club interior please visit when the building is open in the afternoon or evening.
