(Cii) warrants that all product shall be new and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of sixty (60) months from the date product is shipped from the factory, provided that no alterations whatsoever are made on the equipment following the sale to the ultimate purchaser except as is necessary in the process of installing of such equipment; the product is installed by an installer approved by COMMUNICATIONS INTEGRATORS, INC. in writing; and the equipment is installed and operated within an electrical system that is in conformity with the voltage, amperage and electrical characteristics and capacities of equipment furnished. Any defective parts will be replaced free of charge or expense whatsoever, including transportation and labor. THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
