It is mandatory for the client to furnish details about all important events during the lifetime till date such as dates w.r.t marriage, child birth, promotion, accidents, serious illness phases, depression phases, death of dear ones, rise and fall in profession and any other information requested during the course of analysis. Initially the Birth Details (Refer section on Terms & Conditions) of person for whom matchmaking is been done shall be provided on e-mail "om.nikhil.gupta@gmail.com ,"mail.astro@nikhilworld.com " Thereafter, the birth details of prospective matches have to be provided on same e-mail id. Note: 'horoscopes' and 'references to any matrimonial web-sites for horoscopes' shall not be entertained. For any family member beyond 4 persons, extra amount will be charged per person in following manner: a) 1 year - INR 30000 or USD 670 b) 6 months - INR 18000 or USD 380 c) 3 months - INR 10000 or USD 180 a) Clients availing this facility will also be eligible to get my personal contact number and can personally talk to me after taking a prior call appointment through e-mail (om.nikhil.gupta@gmail.com),(mail.a stro@nikhilworld.com) b) In case of urgent requirements and genuine need, I will also be meeting people once a month. Persons who prefer arranged marriages have to examine a number of proposals for arriving at the right decision. This would unavoidably require multiple horoscope matching. II- Mode of Payment

1 You can make an online / electronic transfer of the payment in the following Saving Bank Account numbers in favor of Nikhil Gupta payable at Delhi. To follow this procedure, you will have to visit the official website of your bank & search for 'Bill Pay' or 'Online Payment' or 'Online Transfer' hyperlink in the site.

Bank Account Number: I shall give you this through mail, along with the corresponding bank name once you mail me the below mentioned details.

You can credit payment in your nearest branch of the concerned bank in the above mentioned account numbers. For this, you'll have to go to the nearest branch of the concerned bank in your town, fill the form for depositing cheque, attach the cheque complete in all respects with it & then drop it in the drop box made for depositing cheques. After depositing the cheque you should intimate the cheque number & the name of your bank on my mail-id. Consultation will be provided to you once your cheque gets realized.

Foreign clients (based out of India) can make the payment through PayPal.

III - Terms and Conditions

Name (First; Middle; Surname): b. Landline phone number (with country /state code). c. Mobile Phone Number. d. Email Address. e. Residential Address f. Brief introduction of the person for whom queries are asked g. Horoscope details: Date of Birth: DD/MM/Year Place of Birth: If the birth place is a small village then, also mention the nearest big city. If you are born outside the Republic of India then you should also provide the coordinates (longitude and latitude) of your place of birth along with the other parameters. Time of Birth: Birth time should be precise and accurate. Even a small variation can lead to big swings in prediction. Therefore, please check and get the date and time of birth fully authenticated before sending the mail. While giving the time of birth, please be specific; for instance if the birth is 07 in the morning then mention 07:00AM, if the birth is at 07 in the evening then it should be mentioned as 07:00PM. If the birth is after midnight (00:00), say at 0100 hrs or 0200 hrs or 0300 hrs, then dont forget to note that this will be the new succeeding date. For example one o clock in the night of 09th May 2010 has to be taken as May 10, 2010. Persons born in India should give time of birth in IST (Indian Standard Time). Person's born outside India should give time of birth in the standard time of their country; they should also give time difference of the standard time of their country either from GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) or IST (Indian Standard Time). Day of Birth: (Monday, Tuesday etc.) 3 4 Birth details given should be genuine & real. If someone gives wrong or fake birth details, of his/her horoscope, then predictions would also go wrong Correctness of predictions will subject to the correctness of birth details supplied by a client Once the payment is received, the queries shall be answered through mail within a maximum of 15 days and minimum of 48 hours starting from the date of payment received. 5 6 7 8 9 Fees amount shall be non-refundable Confidentiality with respect to birth details and the corresponding response shall be maintained and will not be disclosed un der any circumstance to any person except to the person himself Prior knowledge about Astrology or concerned horoscopes to a client doesn't entitle him for a rebate/concession/discount in the fee or doesn't entitle him for a free service. Just by analysis of horoscope of a person, it will not be possible to tell about life of his family members (father, mother, brothers, sisters, spouse (husband/wife), and children), r elatives & neighbors in detail. Their horoscopes will have to be analyzed separately for which fees will also be charged separately. While providing Astrological Services, in the name of telling future, the client should not expect to inform him/her about each and every second, hour and day, as astrology can only provide the necessary guidance and does not have the capacity to behave like God
