    NCEA results are likely to be released to candidates sometime in late January; the actual date is usually released to the media about mid-January. International students who wish to have their exam answer booklets and / or L3 Visual Arts portfolios returned to an overseas address must apply to NZQA. CIE Candidates will be able to access their IGCSE, AS and A Level results on the CIE results website shortly after 1.00pm New Zealand time on Monday 23rd January.

    NCEAresultsarelikelytobereleasedtocandidatessometimeinlateJanuary;theactualdateisusually releasedtothemediaaboutmidJanuary.

    PrintedResultNoticesarenolongerpostedoutautomaticallytocandidates.Thosestudentswhoare unlikelytohavecomputeraccessatthetimetheresultsarereleasedcanorderaprintedResultNotice fromtheirLearnerLoginarea;thismustbedonebeforeDecember31st2011. Internationalstudentswhowishtohavetheirexamanswerbookletsand/orL3VisualArtsportfolios returnedtoanoverseasaddressmustapplytoNZQA.Thereisafeeforthisservice.Completethe applicationformandreturnittoNZQAalongwithyourpaymentbefore1March2012.

    TheNZScholarshipresultswillprobablybereleasedinlateFebruary.Candidateswillbesenta ScholarshipResultNoticeandtheycanalsoaccesstheirresultsthroughtheLearnerLoginabove.

    Studentswillbesentapersonalisedlettercontainingtheirusernamesandpasswordseitherwiththeir Term4schoolreportsortheirtestimonials.Pleasekeepthisdocumentinasafeplace.

    ThosewhophoneinwillbeaskedtoprovidetheirCIECandidateCodeNumberandaskedforsome personaldetailsforsecurityandprivacyreasons.

    StudentsleavingtheCollegein2011willbepostedahardcopyStatementofResultsinearlyFebruary; thosewhoarereturningin2012willbegiventheirstatementsbytheirHousemastersearlyinTerm1.

    CIECertificateswillbepostedtoparentsinmidApril,2012.Itisthereforeimportantthatyounotifythe CollegeofanychangeofaddressbeforeApril.
